Roles and Responsibilities
- Full-time role reporting to the Dev Manager.
- Leading 1 or more agile/scrum teams
- Responsible for sprint planning, estimation & ensuring sprint goals are met
- Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques
- Guides and coaches the team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services
- Ensure everyone on the team understands their project's goals and scope
- Help the product owners maintain the product backlog
- Help each team agree on what they can achieve during each development sprint
- Facilitate the daily stand-ups & other sprint ceremonies
- Ensure each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team members' progress, and protecting the team from distractions
- Ensure the team maintains its focus on delivering new releases in a timely manner
Required Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Project & People management
- 4+ years of experience working in Agile environment, ideally leading Agile squads
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation or Diploma in Computer application or engineering course OR a management degree
- Project Management certification preferred

- Excellent people and project management skills
- Experienced in leading Software Development teams
- Strong communication & documentation skills
- Facilitating communication and driving cross-functional team collaboration skills
- Ability to be positive, credible, and passionate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A track record of improving the use of Agile methodologies and practices within complex environments
