The Role: 
 
Kaskade Solutions is looking for an experienced Technical Product Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. A successful Support Product Specialist will:
 
Assist on basic and routine inquiries of a technical nature related to designated tools and product(s) on a client’s website. 
Consistently identifies bugs and issues and takes responsibility for the resolution and/or escalation
Provide a world-class experience to all current customers who need support with troubleshooting, inquiries, concerns, product knowledge, and adoption. You will engage customers through multiple channels that include phone, email, chat, and outbound content.
Mentor and assist the Customer Support Team with inbound and outbound calls and organization--specifically those that are more technical in nature and require in-depth product knowledge. 
Take the lead on technical inquiries and coach the team on properly addressing technical issues.
Carefully study the client’s product and develop an in-depth knowledge of its inner workings.
Stay up to date on product updates and feature releases, and support team training and documentation on them.
Performs responsibilities associated with daily assigned tasks and projects
 
Requirements:
 
Bachelor’s degree in communications, technology management, computer science, product development or related field
Experience with CRM’s such as Salesforce or Hubspot and other ticketing systems is an advantage
Experience in creating documentation both for internal and external use and to detail workflows and processes
Experience in phone-based support roles, and can expertly speak to customers
Highly organized, detail-oriented
