Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Account Representatives in solution positioning for opportunities
Assess, analyze and understand opportunity requirements, wherein he/she must identify requirement gaps that may impact the solutioning
Suggest process improvement through technology
Ideate technically sound and feasible solution that will cater to the requirement
Prepare and document proposals based on the conceptualized solution
Assess and streamline the scope of work to meet case-to-case win criteria
Translate and communicate business requirements to the technical SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) team to derive and finalize the cost and timeline estimates
Provide solution/engagement risk assessment
Research new technologies and best practices that may improve the quality of solution proposals
Defend the solution proposal (internal and to the client)
Attend client meetings and conduct solution presentation with Account Representatives
Act as a technology consultant to both the sales team and to the client
Education:
Associates Degree in Computer Science or Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
Experience:
At least 2 years experience in mobile and/or web application development
At least 2 years experience in client-facing technical role (Systems Analyst,Business Analyst,Project Manager,Pre-sales etc.)
At least 1 year experience in roles with responsibility to provide technical proposals or any equivalent documentation
Partake significant role in at least 10 implemented projects
Exposure to project management, implementation, managed services, application support and systems integration is a plus Technical/Functional
