Job Descriptions
Documentation and processing of Engineering requirements relative to Work Request and Trouble Report
Outsources possible suppliers/contractors as per Work Request and Material Requisition requirement.
Prepares daily, weekly and monthly report of Engineering submittal requirements.
Organizes files for easy access and able to archive files and drawings in hard and soft copy for proper documentation.
Hands on knowledge in MS office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Preferably with hands on knowledge in AutoCAD
