Job Summary:
Oversees the project and development of biomass power plant.
Directs technical development activities by employing the services of, and providing clear instruction to the appropriate Product Development and Industrialization group personnel as necessary to efficiently complete projects
Work with planning team when standard costs are being established
Ability to lead project team through well-defined communication structure including team meetings/stand-ups
Establish project strategies
Develop and monitor project budgets
Manage, lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams
Give presentations both internally and externally on the progress of projects
Effectively lead team meetings
Identify ineffective processes, offer solutions and implement improvements
Manage design of lots sizes and product design with engineers and other consultants
Oversee planning and design to ensure that developers financial goals are met
Qualifications:
At least 10 years experience as a Technical Manager or in Project Management and Development
Able to work and decide independently
Experience and willingness to coordinate with different governement and private agencies
Able to evaluate third party contractors
