Is currently looking for:
TECHNICAL / MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATE
Qualifications:
College graduate; vocational course or NC II in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, or related field is an advantage
With 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in a hotel, resort, or commercial facility
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, air-conditioning, carpentry, and general repair work
Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine preventive maintenance
Familiar with safety standards and proper use of tools and equipment
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Physically fit and capable of responding to emergency repairs quickly
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and teamwork
