The Job You will be responsible for : Liaising with the sales team to understand clients' requirements Analysing and defining scope & specifications Leading the development team, communicating specifications clearly, delegating tasks and being accountable for delivery of project within timeline. Reviewing the teams work, providing guidance and recommendations to support personal development within the team Managing external vendors deliverables when required and ensuring project is within budget Providing regular reports on progress as well as getting feedback form clients Troubleshooting all issues that arises and debugging to optimise performance. Driving continuous improvement by engaging in knowledge sharing of new and upcoming technologies The Profile You have a degree and 5 years of relevant work experience. Having prior leadership experience will be a great advantage. You have solid experience with Javascipt, Node.js and Cloud Databases . You have strong knowledge of Agile methodologies . You are a strong mentor who can build high performing teams. You have strong organisational, analytical, problem solving skills . You have excellent communication skills and is able to interact with stakeholders of various levels.
