Job Summary:
We are actively seeking an experienced Technical Lead/Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead an exciting application development project. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical leadership. You will work closely with the management team to align our technology roadmap with the company's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of our software solutions
Provide technical leadership to the development team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute technology strategies
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in our software development processes
Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of our software solutions
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate technology solutions
Contribute to the development of the company's technology roadmap
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes
Requirements
In-depth understanding of how AI systems operate
Minimum of 5 years hand-on experience
Strong project management skills
Extensive experience with software development and architecture
Strong knowledge of programming languages and frameworks
Experience with cloud computing and DevOps
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
