TECHNICAL & IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER
 
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in engineering (such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering) or a related technical field is typically required.
Proficiency with methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is essential, along with familiarity with tools such as value stream mapping, 5S, and Kaizen.
Strong analytical skills are needed to interpret data, identify trends, and analyze key performance indicators. Experience with data analysis software like Minitab or advanced use of Microsoft Excel is often required.
Ability to manage projects, from identification to completion, is a key requirement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with process mapping or project management software is beneficial.
Depending on the specific engineering discipline, knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, or other technical aspects of the industry is necessary.
