What you'll contribute
As aTechnical Implementations Specialist, youll dive into the world of customer data, transforming it into valuable insights. Youll map data, process conversions/merges, and ensure flawless imports/exports. Your attention to detail will shine as you run data quality checks, resolve customer cases, and troubleshoot product-related issues. Documenting solutions, creating knowledge databases, and sharing your expertise will empower both customers and your team.

What you need to succeed
Proficient in both written and spoken English
Minimum of 2 years experience in 2nd or 3rd line customer support
Strong customer focus with a willingness to assist and resolve customer issues
Extensive knowledge of database systems and conversion tools
Proficient in SQL server TSQL
Ability to identify and resolve data issues, including bulk data updates and identifying anomalies or errors and correcting them
Accurate querying and extraction of data, such as identifying duplicate patients and creating custom data lists for customers
Utilizing TSQL to troubleshoot and resolve incidents by reviewing and analyzing data in the database
Experience in data migration, including:
Extracting data from various sources such as SQL server, non-MS SQL databases (OpenText SQLBase), Excel, 3rd party software, etc.
Mapping, cleansing, and converting data into predefined import templates
Verifying data imports against expected results
Familiarity with reporting tools, including:
Microsoft SQL stack (DB, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS)
SQL development and performance tuning
Microsoft Power BI, Crystal Reports, Tableau, DevExpress, or similar tools
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Results-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Self-motivated and takes ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks
Strong multitasking abilities with exceptional prioritization, time and expectation management skills
University degree in management information systems, system administration, or a related field
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of Audiometry (hearing aid fitting process) and clinical management processes
Experience in the MedTech industry
What you'll expect to do
Understand and analyze customer data, ensuring accurate data mapping
Process customer requests for data conversions and merges efficiently and accurately
Perform data export and import operations as per customer requirements
Conduct data quality checks, including formatting, duplicate removal, and special symbol substitution
Develop and document standardized scripts/templates for common data requests
Identify and replicate issues related to our products, collaborating closely with development teams when additional support is required
Resolve customer cases related to data-related issues, demonstrating proficiency in our product lines, ranging from hardware (audiometers and headsets) to software applications
Document reported issues and solutions, adhering to established procedures for handling customer requests, and promptly updating the ticketing system with relevant customer and request information
Create comprehensive FAQ, troubleshooting guides, and maintain a knowledge database for reference and self-service support
Share technical expertise and knowledge within the team to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
