Responsibilities
Responsible for management of the fibre optic network acceptance queue and assigning relevant analysis tasks to available senior resources
Intake of all vendor test results and TOPs, and identifying specific workflow for analysis to be progressed
Performing GFIRE analysis where applicable and/or escalating to senior resources as needed.
Continuous coordination with senior analyst resources and field engineers on ticket status updates
Uploading TFA Handover documents and cross check with vendors documents
Scheduling work assignment of planned date for completion of TFA Field resource testing
Documenting final route details in inventory tools as needed
Skill Requirement
Minimum 2 years of Telecommunications experience (preferably within the transport networks department of a Telecommunications / Communications Services company).
Good English written/verbal communication and customer engagement skills
Full computer literacy, including fluency with computers and software such as email, spreadsheets, etc.
Must be detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills
Strong focus in providing an outstanding user experience.
Basic Knowledge of transport network infrastructure, fiber optics, connector types, optical distribution frames, splice trays, patch panels, various vendor's naming conventions
Capable of managing high pressure and short timelines, with the willingness to be flexible
Ability to interface effectively with senior transport network engineers
Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and adapt to changing projects and processes
Ability to work independently and work well in a team
Can work under minimum supervision
