Job Description
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
20%- Assists in the provision of technical/instructional service to clients on TESD Programs
15%- Prepares period reports
15%- Prepares initial drafts of studies, systems and procedures
15%- Prepares database management such as monitoring, maintenance of database, and files and preparing reports
15%- Prepare internal and external communications. Coordinates with different offices.
10%- Provide technical services to the assigned function and
10%- Performs other related functions.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
.Good in oral and written communications/Technical Writing
.Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
.Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude
.Good moral character and work ethics
.Can work under pressure
.Preferably with background in the process of UTPRAS
