This role is ideal for someone who can interpret technical language, extract key information, and maintain clear documentation frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Review & Interpretation
Analyze contracts, financial statements, and invoices.
Understand technical terms, compliance clauses, and billing logic.
Extract structured data accurately.Documentation Structuring
Convert unstructured content into standardized documents.
Maintain templates, formatting standards, and documentation structure.Record Maintenance
Maintain documentation archives and ensure version control.
Support cleanup and documentation quality checks.Process Improvement
Identify documentation gaps or workflow inefficiencies.
Contribute to improved templates and SOPs.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with finance, compliance, and ops teams.
Clarify ambiguous contract language with stakeholders.What You Bring2+ years in documentation, finance operations, accounting, or similar roles.
Experience in structured documentation environments.
Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Strong English comprehension (B2/C1).
