We are now looking for a new specialist to join our Technical Customer Support team, a Technical Customer Support , who wants to have the opportunity to work with the latest technology in an agile environment. As our Technical Customer Support, you will be an essential contributor to provide input to or develop business systems solutions, estimates and specification. You must have great technical and analytic skills, be independent and resourceful, be able to communicate and collaborate effectively. You will be part of a high performance and agile development team and will be participating in the full software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Provide level 1 technical support to clients and suppliers
Assists new clients during integration phase.
Coordinate with the development team on reporting and resolution of issues
Coordinate with the development team on reporting and resolution of issues
Formulate improvements on existing processes and workflows
Required Skills:
University degree with a technical major, such as Engineering or Computer Science.
2+ years of Linux/Unix OS experience. Practical knowledge of basic Linux/Unix cli command is a must
Programming knowledge in Java or Python is an advantage
Desirable Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Willing to work on mid-shift schedule
