Role:
Works with various investment compliance systems and manages the data elements required for various deliverables. Reviews client documentation and client schematics for completeness. Completes guideline review and sets up guidelines on compliance systems. Conducts systems testing to ensure desired output and updates data elements on a daily and monthly basis. May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role).
The key responsibilities of the role include:
Works with various investment compliance systems and manages the data elements required for various deliverables.
Reviews client documentation and client schematics for completeness
Completes guideline review and sets up guidelines on compliance systems
Conducts systems testing to ensure guidelines are set up properly
Maintains data elements from various external sources on a daily and monthly basis.
Updates compliance models due to product enhancements, parameter limit adjustments or when new investment managers are added.
Maintains all regular daily, weekly and monthly systems update requirements.
May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role).
Skills/Qualifications:
The successful candidate will benefit from having:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of related trust or investment industry experience.
Familiarity with various investment styles, asset classes, strategies for achieving performance goals, benchmarks and investment related terminology.
Familiarity with investment manager guidelines and language used in documentation.
Solid working knowledge of Excel and investment systems are required to analyze data and generate client reports.
