Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
*Serve as Security specialist and architect for specified solution/products.
*Assist in demand creation activities around specified solution/products revenue opportunities including customer visits doing technical presentations and demonstrations that articulate our value in solving business problems
*Deliver and lead proofs of concept (POC) on specified solution/products.
*Enable existing and new partners to drive licensing revenue by demonstrating technical advantages assigned solution/products
*Be involved in the stages of the sales cycle particularly on the technical works from pre-sales qualification to services delivery and to ensuring customer satisfaction
*Provide technical insight to client technology leadership
*Demonstrate our competitive advantage of specified solutions/products.
*Work with sales team in understanding the product as well as client technical needs and concerns
*Conduct structured and ad hoc product demonstrations
*Work closely with the sales and product teams
*Conduct Proof-Of-Concept (POC) and prepare technical proposals
*Conduct solution presentation and workshops
*Provide pre and post-sales support
*Propose and explore new and upcoming technologies in the market
*Perform any other duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant discipline
Good knowledge of Security Design Architecture, OSI model, TCP/IP model, Network Security and Protocols
Experience in security technologies, including firewall and IPS
At least 2 years experience in the IT Security domain, in a technical role
Team player but with the ability to work independently
Good interpersonal and communication skills
