Job Description:
Manage buying process based on approved specifications, cost, quality and lead time
Conduct regular sourcing and pooling of suppliers and alternative sources of materials (e.g. raw and packaging)
Negotiate contracts, improve price and payment terms
Active participation in business innovation, enhancement of departmental processes and procedures
Develop strategies for cost-savings, speed, sustainability and operational improvement
Requirements:
Graduate of a 4 year course preferrably Business Management, Business Administration, Engineering
With background in cosmetics / pharmaceutical manufacturing setting
Strong technical knowledge and comprehension in sourcing and procurement approach
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
