Job Description:
To efficiently and timely perform clerical and administrative functions such as preparation of schedule, memorandum, correspondences, request for payment, cash advance request, liquidations and vehicle reservation
Maintains a well-organized database of all relevant papers and forms, both in digital and hardcopy formats
To assist in effectively cascading of technical instructions to and from the upper and lower management and other trades
To perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
