SUMMARY OF JOB:
The main duty of a Production Assistant is to assist in the production activities in-house and on-site field.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Below are some, but not limited to, the duties and responsibilities of an Electrical Technician:
Prepares and compiles service reports for the perusal of the Production Manager
Gathers data and information for both in-house and on-site services provided by the company
Assists in providing technical data
Performs outside service work if needed
Supports technical and engineering personnel with project support duties
Provides input to technical studies and/or reports, project planning, etc. relevant to the production department
Handles filing and securing of service reports
Assist in promoting the company's services to prospects and potential clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Graduate of any 4-year or vocational course related to the field (Electrical Engineering/ Electrical Technology)
Has acquired certification/license from PRC and/or TESDA related to the field
Knowledgeable in the use of computers and computer applications such as MS Office, etc.
Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
Experience related to the field is not necessary, but an advantage
Organized and Systematic
Can work with minimal or no supervision from the supervisor
Flexible and willing to work beyond working hours
Critical thinker and has excellent decision-making skills
Has technical expertise related to the field
