The opportunity
Project: A 450ha, Integrated Mountain Resort project, In Pampanga Philippines. Located between Angeles City and New Clark City. Phase 1 works include Development of an 18 Hole Championship Golf Course, Banyan Tree Main Building and Resort Villas, Club House, and ancillary site wide infrastructure and facilities. Including significant site wide and building/ facility specific MEPF works Reporting to MaceTPM Senior Management and the Client Team.
Responsible for total project delivery of the Civil and Structural Aspects of the Project, throughout the full project lifecycle, preconstruction through to handover and closeout, to ensure the works are delivered safely on time and to the agreed budget, whilst maintaining high-quality standards.
Working with a multi-disciplinary team of local and international Consultants, and local and international quality contractors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in managing and overseeing of the day-today construction management of the project.
Assisting in the implementation of the scope of work in accordance with the approved project schedule.
Ensuring all changes to specification, work of scope and drawings are documented.
Coordinating with the Design, MEPFS/ELV and Fit-out Team for all the provisions and conflicts.
Assisting in managing the contract/package from award to hand-over in accordance with company guidelines and standards.
Assisting in the managing of group of workers; allocates tasks to relevant personnel and recruit a team when the need arises.
Coordinating and responding to requests for information related to projects, and/ infrastructure needs.
Providing technical/functional assistance (identifying, evaluation, developing processes).
