Job Descriptions
Technical Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer supports the day-to-day activities of the Chief Operating Officer which include scheduling and prioritizing work assignments.
He/she serves as the primary point of initial contact on matters pertaining to the Chief Operating Officer.
He/she provides assistance and represents the Chief Operating Officer, as appropriate, in communicating with internal and external customers.
He/she independently researches, prioritizes, and follows up on multiple incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Chief Operating Officer, including those of a sensitive and/or confidential nature; determines appropriate course of action, referral, and/or response.
Job Qualifications
A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Must have strong quantitative, computational and analytical skills
Significantly has a thorough knowledge and training on accounting
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Highly proficient in Written and Oral Communication
