Leads awarded projects through the process of generation of all the necessary architectural deliverables to ensure correct execution (Permit plans, IFC drawings, Shop drawings, detailed drawings, Joinery drawings, etc) in close coordination with client (SSG), Creative team, MEPF Engineers, Site engineers and factory.
Reflects in IFC & shop drawings the design requirements & parameters stated in contractual documents such as Fit-out guidelines together with the information collected in SAR and in approved design schematics, approved perspectives and approved Mat Ref.
Acts as the main point of contact from Design Team for addressing coordinating any design requests from site. Reviews and approves/rejects shop drawings of outsourced items such as special joineries, metal doors, etc.
Visits to building sites to monitor compliance with design requirements and/or to assist site team whenever technical difficulties (architectural) are encountered during site execution.
Capable of producing high level CAD drawings and guiding CAD operators through the drafting process. Reviews the correctness of all architectural drawings & documents in general
Responsible of coordinating with site team the reception of As-built information and processing the As-built drawing package for processing of occupancy permits.
May perform other duties as necessary or assigned
Degree in Architecture, Interior or Furniture Design with at least 5-year experience in the preparation of Testfits, Perspectives, Design Schematics and Finishing Schedules
Has an advance knowledge in Sketchup 2018, ZWCAD 2019 & Photoshop
Professional License, Master's degree, Leed AP or Well AP is an advantage
Willingness to travel (local and international)
Software competency: MS office programs
