1. Manage Trends Academy training facility
Room layout (seats and table arrangement)
PC and internet connectivity (custom setup as required)
Projector and screen
ACU and overall environment
2. Configure Trends Academy network devices as required
Access-points, switches and routers
3. Manage CCTV system and coordinate with CIT and vendor as required
4. Prepares physical lab set-up of Trends Academy courses as required
5. Connectivity testing for remote lab preparation
6. Assist to manage user account at Domain controller
7. Schedule and perform software installations and upgrades to operating system based on the client/training requirements
8. Technical Support during the training (Classroom and Virtual)
9. Manage the PearsonVUE and PSi Exam Servers and Workstations
10. Prompt response to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically
11. Works outside of the standard business hours as necessary
Graduate of IT-related course
Familiarity with network device configuration such as access-points, data switches, routers and firewalls
Familiarity with office tools and equipment, computer operating systems and installation of other software tools and apps
Aptitude for technical activities
Good communication skills to relate to customers and stakeholders. Clear, courteous and professional verbal and written skills
Able to quickly understand complex problems and devise effective solutions
Willing to maintain and update own knowledge of IT content
Able to work independently or as a team member
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice IT and Software Information Technology / IT 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
