The Technical Admin Assistant will assist the Technical Department in their day-to-day activities including documentations and coordination with people working on a project.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
create, process, and handle incident reports (IR)
properly coordinate w/ clients, sales, warehouse, workshop, and technical team schedules
handling all field employees' budget and expenses
keeping all clients updated with the received IRs
Graduate of Computer or Management course
Proficient in MS EXCEL
At least 1 year experience in related field handling high volume of documents simultaneously
Technical background is of high advantage
Good communication skill and able to deliver message concisely
Excellent customer service skill
Strong personality, able to handle large group of technical employees
Organized and keen to details
Can start immediately
Preferably a resident of Pasig, Mandaluyong or amenable to work in Pasig City
