1-3+ years of experience in account management, technical project management, or associated client-facing roles
Proven ability managing software development teams and client engagements in the Philippines
A solid understanding of the local tech landscape and business culture
Experience with software development methodologies, project delivery, and technical problem-solving
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with fluency in both English and Filipino languages preferred
Proficiency in managing multiple projects and accounts simultaneously
Comfortable with technology tools such as Clickup, Slack, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
Bonus: Previous experience in the tech industry or related sectors
