We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our recruitment department.
Technical Sourcer's responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Sourcing resumes utilizing all the available job boards to source candidates and parses specialized skills and qualifications to screen technical resumes
- Profile screening by understanding the allocated jobs on the basis of skill set and clients' requirements
- Connect with the maximum number of candidates to ensure the allocated requirement is covered
- Ensure that the requirement allocated is being covered with the top-notch quality candidate
- Build pipelines via creative sourcing methods and gather in-depth knowledge of market trends
- Map out various companies and talent markets, keeping a pulse on talent flow, market attrition, and which companies employ the talent we're after
Required Experience
- With 3+ years track record of hiring top Software Engineers, FullStack Developers, Project Managers, and other technical roles with a focus on scaling systems and solving problems related to scale
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
- Track record of success in facilitating the identification and attraction of industry-leading talent for immediate business needs, as well as for critical long-term talent planning and pipelining
- Experience working with essential tools of the trade, resume databases, and internet sourcing tools
