Remote Philippines-based, working Pacific TimezoneAbout the RoleYou will support tech, marketing, and funnel implementation to help drive smooth and efficient campaign execution. This role requires a tech-savvy, detail-oriented self-starter who can manage multiple platforms and processes with minimal disruption to client experience. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and other team members to bring marketing strategies to life through seamless funnel and automation management.Key ResponsibilitiesTech & Funnel Implementation:Schedule and post social media content across various platforms.Build and update landing pages, opt-in pages, and sales pages integrated with existing systems (currently Keap, with potential future migration to HighLevel).Connect backend systems-including forms, tags, automations, and email sequences-to ensure smooth launch and campaign operation.Digital Marketing Execution:Implement marketing campaigns across email, landing pages, and social channels as part of the marketing plan.Manage technical aspects of funnels, including follow-up sequences, tagging, and basic list management in Keap and potentially GoHighLevel.Light Design Support:Assist with basic graphic needs such as social media posts and simple landing page graphics, collaborating with internal or external creative teams for more complex designs.Operational Support:Document processes to maintain consistency in campaign setups and launches.Test links, automations, and landing pages to ensure flawless campaign performance before go-live.Preferred Skills & QualitiesStrong technical aptitude with experience in landing page builders, CRMs, and marketing automation tools.Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver who can translate strategic vision into actionable steps.Excellent communication skills with the ability to ask clarifying questions and collaborate smoothly with multiple team members.Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities in a remote environment independently.Powered by JazzHR
