tech lead, backend Java DeveloperCWT

We're a new growing team, owning a complex, central and critical system. We're undertaking a massive modernization project including rewrites across the board.
We're looking for an experienced Full Stack (Backend oriented) Tech Lead with broad system understanding and vision. Someone with the ability to understand an existing system in detail and suggest alternative improved designs.
The ideal candidate is experienced in building high-performing, highly available, scalable applications in a cloud environment. Also has excellent communication skills and experienced in leading and guiding developers in delivering high quality features.
What you will do:
· Provide architectural and design direction in the team and guide the team through technical issues and challenges.
· Assure high internal code quality of team deliveries and minimal technical debt.
· Promote development efficiency by improving processes and tools.
· Communicate with all stakeholders (Product, QA, Architect, Support, Integrators, etc.) throughout the delivery lifecycle, from design to production support, to reach solutions, remove blockers and meet high quality standards.
· Stay hands-on, designing and developing new features.
Qualifications
· 2+ years of working experience as a tech lead/architect - Must
· 10+ years working experience with Java (minimum 70% backend) - Must
· 5+ years working experience with different Spring projects (for example Framework, Security, Integration) - Must
· Experience with microservices and related technologies (AWS, Docker, K8s) - Must
· Experience with messaging - Must
· Experience with SQL - Must
· Understanding of web fundamentals: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, etc. - Advantage
· Experience with React - Advantage
· Experience with ORM - Advantage
· B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Advantage
