Tech Assist is the face of Technology, providing front line support for all Workplace Technologies and support requests. Delivering a customer focused service experience in a professional and timely manner. As a customer facing team, we are motivated to continually improve our services and are passionate about creating an outstanding customer experience and through our customer-obsessed culture.
We believe that for you to be successful in this position you will be a recent graduate or have 1 to 2 years experience working in a Technology or Customer facing role. Experience using or supporting iPhone and iPad devices and management software, collaboration products such as, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Zoom. Demonstrate previous experience implementing Service or Process improvements, and automation.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, and demonstrate excellent communication skills, able to multi-task and prioritise, as well as work effectively with minimal supervision. You will display curiosity, passion, proactive mindset, and able to challenge status quo and norms. You will have a sense of teamwork, be able to inspire and work well with others. You will also have strong problem solving skills and ability to think laterally and find solutions. You will have the ability to work in a challenging fast paced environment and demonstrates follow through and ownership of issues.
You will be a confident presenter sharing your passion for technology through one-on-one coaching sessions or small group team trainings
