Tech Assist is the face of Technology, providing front line support for all Workplace Technologies and user requests, delivering a customer centric service experience in a professional and timely manner. As a customer facing Technology support team, we are motivated to continually improve our services and are passionate about creating an outstanding technology experience through our customer-obsessed culture.
It is essential that you have experience managing and developing staff in a technology support environment, have excellent communication skills and can think on your feet, have a flexible and easy-going attitude, the ability to multi-task and prioritise as well as work effectively with minimal supervision.
Successful applicants will have the following experience and skills:
Relevant IT work experience, with a demonstrated management or team lead focus
Understanding of team dynamics, proven track record mentoring and leading a high performing team
A professional and highly focused customer service approach
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, and influence decisions
Aptitude to use initiative and pro-activeness to deliver to successful outcomes
A strong team player who demonstrates flexibility and a drive for continuous improvement
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think laterally and find solutions
Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (Windows 10, Office O365), Apple devices, Zoom
Display curiosity, passion, proactive mindset, and able to challenge status quo and norms
Ability to take ownership and be accountable for problems until satisfactorily resolved
Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, prioritise and work effectively with minimal supervision
Experience supporting Data Centre and Infrastructure environment (Servers, Network devices, Telco circuits)
It is desirable for you to have:
Relevant qualification across a technology discipline
Previous experience across a technology support role coupled with team leadership experience
Previous experience working in an Investment Bank, Financial Services organization, or similar fast paced corporate environment.
