Job Overview
 
The primary function of a Team Supervisor is to lead and manage a team of employees responsible for delivering support services to clients. The Team Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring that the team meets or exceeds the client's expectations and delivers high-quality services within the agreed-upon time frame and budget.
 
Responsibilities and Duties:
Leading and Managing a Team: The Team Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of BPO professionals. This includes staffing, schedule planning, hiring, training, and motivating team members, setting performance goals, and providing ongoing feedback and support.
Client Management: The Team Supervisor is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and ensuring that their expectations are met or exceeded.
Quality Assurance: The Team Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the team's output meets or exceeds the required quality standards. This includes developing and implementing quality assurance measures, providing feedback to team members, and continuously improving processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Process Improvement: The Team Supervisor is responsible for identifying areas for process improvement and working with the team to implement changes that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting: The Team Supervisor is responsible for preparing regular reports on the team's performance and highlighting any issues or areas for improvement.
Resource Management: The Team Supervisor is responsible for managing the resources allocated to the team, such as equipment, software, and personnel, to ensure that the team has the necessary resources to deliver high-quality services.

Work Experience: Typically, a Team Supervisor in BPO Industry should have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of BPO Processes: A Team Supervisor should have a deep understanding of BPO processes, including best practices, quality assurance, and process improvement.
