Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Achievement - monitoring, analysis and improvement of sales, corporate account acquisition, maintenance of accounts, interaction with corporate clients.
Approval of Leaves and Manpower Scheduling.
Approval of other requests and documents - petty cash replenishments and supplies approval.
Imposition of sanctions - offenses labor concerns, attendance monitoring.
Delegation of work and re-assignment of members.
Monitoring of company assets - inventory and asset monitoring.
Monitoring of branch operations - ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, depositactivities, reporting inventory, QWP.
Handling customer service - CMOS logging, claims refund or settlement, reporting.
Branch development and marketing activities - expansion, permits processing, utilities processing, marketing collaterals equipment.
Decision making process
Monitoring of achievements and deliverables - guidance and coaching, performance evaluation.
Others - records management, inter-department communication
Requirements:
Job Qualification:
Graduate of any four-year course.
At least 2-year work experience in related field .
Excellent in quantitative and analytical skills.
Possesses excellent leadership skills.
Knowledge of business and management principles.
Ability to work collaboratively and must have the desire to lead the team.
Good written and verbal communication skills, goal oriented.
Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints.
Highly adaptable, resourceful, patient risk.taker who is open to new ideas.
Direct, communicate with, and motivate subordinates to high performance.
Strategically delegate duties and responsibilities for best results.
Set and monitor performance standards within the team.
