JOB QUALIFICATION
What You Will Do:
Do selling techniques and direct the team to attain daily, weekly, monthly and yearly targets
Involved in stock control and management
Assist Team Leader in the execution of business processes like POS, ORW, etc.
Excellent customer service
Compliance to company standards
What You Will Need for This Role:
100% sales achievements based on daily, weekly, monthly and yearl;y quota
100% daily stock replenishment
100% sales transactions recorded in POS/CSI
Zero customer complaints
80% audit result on compliance to store standards
