JOB TITLE : TEAM MANAGER (SALES INBOUND)
LOCATION : Davao City, Philippines
SALARY : PHP 50,000/MONTH (Plus Commission)
About you
Raise the bar! That's what we are looking for in this leadership role. You must be adept in setting a goal for your team and making sure that targets are achieved month-on-month. This role is not for the weak!
• Graduate of any 4-Year Course preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center supervising strong sales representatives
Has a working knowledge of computer systems (Windows, Google Suite & MS Office Applications)
• Must be able to demonstrate leadership, verbal, written, presentation and analytical skills a managerial level
• Able to motivate team members and assess performance
• Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance
