Job Title: Team Leader FX Industry (Spanish Desk)

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Team Leaders to oversee our Spanish Desk within the Foreign Exchange (FX) industry. The ideal candidate will lead a team of professionals, ensure excellent client service, and support operational efficiency. Fluency in Spanish, along with strong leadership skills and FX industry knowledge, is essential.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the Spanish Desk team to meet operational objectives
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular feedback sessions
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Act as the escalation point for client inquiries and resolution of complex issues
Maintain high service standards through effective workflow management
Collaborate with other departments to optimize trading operations and client experience
Provide training on FX products, market trends, and compliance protocols
Prepare and analyze performance reports, recommending improvements
Support new initiatives and process improvements within the team
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in the FX industry as a Team Leader
Fluency in Spanish
Strong understanding of FX trading, market dynamics, and transactional processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and regulatory standards in FX
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a multicultural environment
Proficiency with FX trading platforms and CRM systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
