Duties And Responsibilities * Act as the store Officer-In-Charge in the absence of the Retail Supervisor. Supervising all store activities to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, depositing of sales, and maintaining sales records.
Assist in training of newly hired team members.
Generate Management reports and perform administrative tasks that may be required
Ensure that the daily target revenue is met
Maintain the implemented quality standard of the Company for each product.
Perform all other duties that may be assigned or needed.
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Graduate of at least any 4-year course
Preferably with 1-year working experience as Team Leader in retail industry
With a strong customer service orientation
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Office programs
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Sales and Marketing Retail Industry 5 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
