Description
The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
o Point of Contact for leave request and approval.
o Notifies the Workforce Coordinator with staffing requirements and to ensure coverage.
o Mediates any interpersonal issues
o Inspires and motivates team members
o Ensures all team members are logged on time and working productively
Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Decision-making skills
• Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus

Minimum education level: Senior high school
Years of experience: 3

Availability for change of residence: No
