Embracing the #LivingGrand philosophy, we bring moments of more to everything that we do.We are seeking a well-experienced Team Leader - The Peak Bar who will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the music lounge located at the 60th floor.In this role, you will ensure the exceptional service delivery to all guests and assist in conducting shift briefings, meetings & training sessions. You will maintain an effective link between the kitchen & service areas while monitoring the quality of food and beverage. Likewise, you will effectively practice service recovery skills and provide F&B specialist advice to guests & colleagues as required.Qualifications:Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria:
With at least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel or high-quality restaurant
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strong management and leadership capabilities
Passion for working with people
