Description
Team Leader (Pasay City)
Responsibilities:
• Check the attendance of scanning/encoding personnel and report all violations of the company rules and regulations regarding tardiness and absences to their supervisor and/or Human Resource Department.
• Discuss the project/keying specifications to newly hired scanning/encoding personnel.
• Take charge of the supervision of the encoding operation.
• Acknowledge the client regarding the receipt of workload. Serve as the main contact person for client coordination and support.
• Check that the right programs for the appropriate projects are installed and running in each workstation.
• Responsible for providing feedback on errors regarding the use of BPO Tool.
• Ensure that all documents/workloads within the shift are all organized and completed with the use of BPO Tool for monitoring.
• Regularly check the status of the project through generating production reports.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control Group regarding the accuracy of each scanning/encoding personnel.
• Responsible for documentation and addressing the production personnel questions. Escalate questions that cannot be answered.
• Responsible for observing the cleanliness and orderliness of the working area of their shift.
• Regularly check the hourly and daily speed/accuracy output of the scanning/encoding personnel and make sure that the daily output projection of his team is met in both quality and quantity.
• Responsible on endorsing a memo under his team for disciplinary action due to unmet quota, and/or inappropriate behavior which against the company's rules and regulations
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by project managers from time to time.
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of any course.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience document scanning or encoding for digitization project.
• Experience in team management is an advantage.
• Must be amenable to work at Pasay City.
