We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader - Housekeeping who will ensure that all areas of the hotel are well-presented and all team members deliver an unmatched level of service that is uniquely Grand Hyatt.
In this role, you will assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department, including the training and supervision of room attendants.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates would have held a similar role in reputable hotels, and shall possess the following qualities:
Superior customer service and interpersonal skills with high regard for details and accuracy
Effective leadership skills
Working knowledge of different computer applications and housekeeping systems
