Roles and Responsibilities:
Manages the team and come up with new ideas on maximizing efficiency and productivity.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate person.
Delegate work as necessary.
Meet or exceed individual/team targets
Will do productive and administrative work
Handles customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services to customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills
Requirements
A minimum of 2 year of experience as a Customer Service Team lead is required
Possesses strong communication and written skills
Proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Word and Excel is advantageous
Capable of adapting to a fast-paced training environment
Must be detail-oriented and displays critical thinking
With pleasing personality.
Being an Extrovert is advantageous.
