As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team, ensuring that they provide high-quality services to our clients. You should be passionate about coaching and mentoring team members and should have a strong commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. You will be screened, validated, and trained for the opportunity to grow your career with us!
 
We are looking for motivated individuals with:
At least 1-2 years of experience in the customer/technical support field
Experience in managing/leading customer service teams is an advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
A bachelor's degree is not required but is an advantage.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Willing to work on-site.
Willing to start immediately.
What will you be doing for Azpired?
Manage and oversee a team of CSRs or other BPO professionals
Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to team members to meet targets
Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and productivity
Ensure team compliance with company and account policy
Communicate with partners to identify AFIs and receive updates
Assist in the training and onboarding of new trainees
Maintain records on the team's quality of calls, action plans, and other files.
