AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Managing Asset Maintenance data to develop actionable insights and proposals for the team
Administration of the Asset Maintenance System and fleet-wide management projects related to AMS (Asset Maintenance System)
Administration and maintenance of the library of assets, task plans, checklists, inboxes, and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) status
TASKS:
The Team Leader - Asset Maintenance System ---
Acts in supervisory capacity as Team Leader of the group
Sets and monitors the Key Performance Indicators for the team
Coordinates and performs training for seafarers related to Asset Management
Provides Asset Management support via Topdesk/Helpdesk
Resolves concerns and issues for the Asset Management team and initiates discussions with Point of Contact in other offices
Creates guidelines for the team's processes and functions
Monitors and analyzes team's processes
Maintains the team's common applicable drives and documents
Monitors asset management-related tasks and projects of the team
Coordinates local office processes with Manager in Bergen, Norway
Performs other relevant tasks that may be assigned by superior
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent
Minimum three (3) years' working experience
Experience leading a team considered an asset
