Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Team.
2. Establish metrics, lead and mentor team members, and manage resources.
3. Act as a senior agent who will drive customer satisfaction through customer support.
4. Establish and evolve formal Customer Service processes, ensuring that the team is using company's best practices.
5. Conduct Root Cause Analysis and provide solution for recurring issues.
6. Recommend and/or apply necessary changes to the system based on user feedback.
7. Documentation of all identified issues/errors from cause to resolution.
8. Be the point of contact when it comes to escalations.
9. Review all technical support related processes and documentation for continuous improvement.
10. Manage and report on all incoming technical support inquiries.
