Responsibilities:
Authorizing and underwriting loans
Reviewing & verifying loans
Analyzing loan risk and requesting additional information as necessary
Preparing reports on assessment findings
Making loan eligibility decisions & approving & rejecting applications
Reviewing and specifying loan conditions as necessary
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Ensuring compliance with company's policies and guidelines
Documenting & effectively communicating reasons for the approval/rejection of loans Returning applications with additional documentation to the loan officer for review
Qualifications:
Knowledge of US Mortgage Industry
Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)
Strong customer negotiation skills & leadership required
Detail Oriented with good analytical skills
Ability to analyze the numbers and reconcile the data if required as per requirements
Experience with reporting analysis
Good email etiquette
Ability to handle multitask and resolve
Competent with MS office applications
Should be flexible working in night shift
Minimum 2-3 year Mortgage experienced
