Talent Acquisition Shared Services Team Lead
TeleTech is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our Global Talent Acquisition Services team at our Regional Operating Headquarters, based in Novaliches, Philippines.
What you'll be doing:
The Global Talent Acquisition Team Lead is responsible for scheduling shifts and assigning projects to the talent acquisition representatives. Ensure that the representatives correctly understand the project and that it is completed in an accurate and timely manner. Where required provide training, answer questions, escalation issues, generate reports and provide status updates. Must provide leadership support and guidance to the representatives and identify coaching and training opportunities.
What you'll bring to us:
Responsible for assigning projects to the talent acquisition representatives
Ensuring that tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner
Producing process maps, detailed job aids, and other process documentation as required
Facilitate training in new processes and provide corrective training when required
Identify areas for coaching opportunities and personal development training opportunities for the representatives
What skills you'll need:
2-3 years of customer service or talent acquisition experience preferably in a call center
Ability to articulate, interact and understand client needs and expectations
Experience with coaching/mentoring preferred
Project management experience
