MedRisk is a leading provider of managed physical medicine -- they have set up a Philippine operations center in Mandaluyong last 2020. They are continuously expanding their services, and now looking to add an experienced individual to their team!
The Team Lead of Reporting & Data Analytics is responsible for leading the Reporting and Data Analytics team, ensuring that they deliver accurate and timely reports and metrics to both internal and external clients. This position will require an individual comfortable with creating and presenting annual performance reviews as well as performance improvement plans as needed. The Team Lead will be involved in the hiring process and will need to be comfortable interviewing candidates.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all members of the Reporting & Data Analytics team including Data Analysts and Reporting Analysts.
Mentor all members of the team in business processes and technical areas as appropriate
Oversee all analytics operations to track productivity and ensure quality
Guide team in translating informal requirements into reports and other deliverables
Act as a strategic consultant when requests are made to support key company needs
Review and QA new and existing Data Analytics and Reporting processes and present areas of opportunity to leadership
Monitor the Report Request Queue and assign out report requests as needed
Assist the business with complex report requests, general inquiries, or general enhancement of projects requiring analytics or reporting
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong understanding of data and/or data related tools that demonstrate analytic skills
Experience supervising a team and providing successful results of the services/outcomes measured is preferred or comparable experience
Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Excel and other MS Office programs
2 or more years working with SQL programming language, SSRS experience is a plus
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Time management skills in order to meet set deadlines
Strong organizational skills required with keen attention to details
Experience in healthcare industry and worker's compensation is a plus
