The Team Lead for Recruitment APAC is responsible for the delivery of GBS Center's recruitment services to all service receiving countries according to defined SLAs. This role is accountable in managing the overall operations for ASEAN, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, India and The Chinese Market. The role will act as main contact to the countries and the Head of GBS HR Services in case of escalations around recruiting services.
Tasks & responsibilities
Manages team and leaders in Recruiting Services to achieve targets according to defined SLAs and in line with the group wide HR service delivery model. Enable team to achieve excellent hiring manager and candidate experience. Providing support to all countries in scope.
Accountable for the seamless roll-in of the selected BI countries following the Deployment Roadmap until 2025 regarding Recruiting Services. Ensuring high quality service and day one readiness for every new country rolled in.
Accountable for the execution of all related end to end recruiting processes executed by team, continuously striving for improvements.
Develop and coach people to deliver performance to achieve SLA and grow talents within the recruiting services organisation. Drive engagement within Team.
Accountable for driving operational excellence within the Recruiting Services team for the execution of all related processes.
Liaise with different Tier 2 teams to ensure quality service delivery in alignment with broader HR vision and efficient resolution of customer queries and requests especially for complex inquiries.
Enable recruiting services team to handle complaints and escalations effectively.
Execute and run backend processes around Recruitment in adherence to the data quality standards and delivers against defined SLAs.
Accountable for the execution of all related end to end processes, continuously striving for improvements.
Lead and manage hiring activities.
Manage the RPOs performance and monitor completion of activities
Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership team on resource planning, recruiting strategy, and other talent related processes
Generate candidates through passive and active sourcing methods.
Pre-select candidate based in CVs and phone screening and provide hiring manager with the short list
Attend the kick-off call meeting
Establish and drive relationship with vendors, partners, and staffing agencies
Manage escalations as needed
Establish recruiting-related policies, practices and operating procedures as needed
Manage the dedicated Recruiters for ASKAN, India and TCM's performance, conduct regular coaching and performance management
Liase with the respective HRBP/Local HR and Hiring Managers to ensure operational process excellence.
Provide reliable reports and data to HR BPs and CoEs when required.
Requirements:
University degree in Human Resources, or equivalent
10 years' of sourcing and recruiting experience, ideally in an international environment
At lest 5 years' experience in managing a team
Experience using Applicant/Candidate Tracking Systems, ideally Taleo
Experience sourcing active and passive candidates, tracking and reporting candidate activity
Pre-selection and interviewing experience
Experience in offer creation
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills in English, additional Asian languages are a clear asset
In-depth understanding of the Recruitment process for HR
Project management experience in large and complex projects
Leadership experience
Extensive customer orientation
International experience
Ability to work across business units /geographies; cultural sensitivity; strong external network providing access to best HR and talent practices and innovation
Above average MS Excel skill
