Quality Assurance Analyst, Team Lead

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develops an understanding of the industry's usage of Infor/Lawson applications and incorporates this into the test requirements, design, cases and scripts.
Performs complex testing and test coordination on complex projects:
Plans, schedules and implements testing projects.
Defines test objectives.
Writes test cases.
Assists other QA Analysts with approach and technical issues.
EDUCATIONAL/SKILL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Typical requires 5+ years of experience in development, research, product testing or support. • Experience in Quality Assurance, Project Management and Release Management processes.
Proficient in software development processes, models, lifecycles and methodologies.
Proficient creating test designs and test plans.
Proficient with the creation and execution of testcase/scripts.
Proficient with the understanding of various types of testing. /
