Job Details and Qualifications:
Open to College Level/College Undergrads
At least 2-4 years Team Leader/Operations Supervisor experience in the BPO Industry (Any Account/LOB)
Ability to lead a team of 10 - 20 call center agents
Ability to communicate directly with the client, provide daily performance reporting to leadership + client.
Amenable working onsite: Cebu IT Park, Cebu City, or Cebu Business Park
Amenable working in graveyard/night shift or any shifting schedule
